The customization tool allows a visitor or member of the website to use premade designs, backgrounds, clip arts or other elements (designs) to be added to the template. Designs are available for creating custom product design and are not allowed to be used, reproduced, copied, downloaded, posted, and distributed in any form or by any means in another way than for the sole purpose of buying a customized end product or selling the end product. Snail does not cover any damages that are made for improper use of the designs or final product.

The user is solely responsible for designs which are added to the template and to the end product. The designs are a subject of protection under copyright, industrial property and/or other rights. Snail does not cover any damages related to designs, use of designs or final product.

All contents of the website are a subject of protection under copyright, industrial property and/or other rights. The trademarks represented on the Snail website, including corporate logos and emblems, are a subject of copyright, as well as trademark rights of either Snail or third persons authorizing Snail to use them. USERS

Merchandise and Purchases

Through our website, we offer a wide variety of products. However, we cannot always guarantee the availability of the products. After you make an order, all of the details of your purchase will be transmitted to you by an e-mail.

Customization tool

We provide a customization tool for users to easily prepare a custom rolling papers, filter tips, lighter leashes, rolls, display boxes,… If some customization option is not available please contact our sales team (info@snailpapers.com) and they will help you with completing a manual order. For quick help, you can always communicate with our sales team over the Chat window.

With customization tool, a user can create a custom design by browsing through the backgrounds or clip art galleries or Snail-premade booklets. User can also upload pictures or other files (PDF, EPS, PNG, JPG,..) or simply add pictures from Facebook or Instagram. User can also add texts and design them.

At some products, you can use download the PDF preview file, which is in low resolution for a user to quickly check the complete design. The PDF preview file is not meant for printing.

We offer a 3D preview of your design which is a fair representation of the end product and customer must pay attention if designs are correctly placed, rotated resized or positioned. The 3D preview and the template is provided to minimize the possibility of mistakes when submitting the end design.

Resizing vector elements will not change the quality of the element. Resizing images can result in low resolution which is not the best for printing. User is fully responsible for the end design and end product.

The design can be saved in two ways:
– temporarily in a browser until the expiration of a cookie or your browser setting
– permanently by creating an account and saving the design before adding it to the cart.

Basic and full design checkup: 

For every order, we will do basic print check service and in case of mistakes inform you of possible corrections. You will receive at your e-mail next documents: current design file, design file with suggested corrections and your images. Full design check offers a more extended check of your design.

		The finished booklet has many small sides. We will check the print design if the texts and graphics are positioned in the centre of the small sides.

		We will check if all fonts are converted or embedded into a vector graphics.
NO	YES	SHARPNESS OF TEXT, IMAGES & GRAPHICS
		We will check if your artwork elements have a resolution of at least 300 DPI.
FREE	5 €	PRICE

Free Design Corrections are available for every customer. Extra Design Corrections are available to customer who has paid the Full Design Check with their order or to those who will pay the additional payment of 10€.

Free Design Corrections include (if you selected only Basic Design Check):
+ your design will be corrected to the blue line
+ we will insert new pictures with better the resolution that you will provide
+ we will change the size of elements/background in your design
+ we will remove or replace some elements (no more than 3)
+ number of correction available: 1

Extra Design Correction includes (if you paid Full Design Check):
+ your design will be corrected to the blue line
+ we will insert new pictures with better the resolution that you will provide
+ we will change the size of elements/background in your design
+ we will remove or replace some elements (no more than 5)
+ we will correct the rotation of pictures or design
+ we will reposition the elements
+ number of correction available: 3

Sales representatives or customer service team has a discretion right to decide when Free or Extra service is required.

Production and delivery times: 

We offer stress-free orders – for every order, you will receive an estimated production time and if necessary receive a follow-up/tracking number. We are not a shipping company, but we have other great service provider UPS, GLS, FEDEX, DHL who will deliver products to your door. Please note that all production and delivery times are informative nature and they can change anytime.

Orders with collections will be shipped from the warehouse in 1-3 working days for small quantities up to 1000 units.

Production times for custom rolling papers (small orders):

1000 units – up to 5 working days,
5000 units – up to 15 working days,
10000 units – up to 20 working days,
50000 units – up to 6 weeks.

The order with added “finishes” / “add-ons” can prolong the production time:

1000 units – 4 to 5 working days
5000 units – 5 to 7 working days
10000 units – 6 to 10 working days
50000 units – 14 to 17 working days
100.000 units – 15 to 20 working days

For small order, we ship packages up to 32kg (UPS) or 40kg (GLS) per package. On your request, we can also ship your big orders of 10.000 and 50.000 units in multiple 5000 units shipments, extra costs can apply.

Pricing and Delivery

All prices in custom and collections page are in EUR (€). All of the product prices which are displayed on our website represent the full price of the product excluding shipping and tax. We cannot confirm the shipping charges for any item until you order them.

Payment Terms

There is more than one way to pay. We accept any credit card via PayPal or bank transfer. Unless otherwise agreed, the payment should be 100% in advance. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for any damages caused by payment delays. You should always make sure the payment has been accepted and that the products have been put into production.

Wholesale users:

All prices in EUR (€) do not include transport, duty tariffs or taxes. All products and delivery fees must be paid before the product will be put into production.
