Snail Custom Rolling Papers is a unique service that combines high-quality white label rolling paper products with the endless possibilities of on-demand printing.
If you had an account on our previous website, please note that we did not transfer over order history from our previous website.
If you have a design that you'd like to reorder from us, please reach out to our sales team at email@example.com & they will help you gather your old artwork from our previous system.
We accept payments from these major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.
We also accept bank transfer payments for European customers only.
PLEASE NOTE: that you cannot change the payment method once the order is confirmed.

We ship our products with: UPS, FedEx, and GLS shipping carrier services.

All our rates are live rates based on the weight & distance of the order that has to travel to the customer.
Snailpapers.com is a direct-to-consumer online platform where anyone can create their own rolling paper designs without the headache of needing to register with a business to produce high quality booklets for any occasion.
If you are in the EU and have a VAT number for tax purposes, we suggest that you register for a wholesale account with us so you can take advantage of discounted product rates as well as tax-free sales.
For custom products, you may return your items within 14 calendar days for a refund or exchange. We will only accept returns on bespoke products where there is a fault with the order. Returned products should be unused and in the same condition as it was received along with its original packaging and with a proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we have received the goods and they have been inspected.

Established in the mid-90s by artists in Ljubljana, Slovenia, Snail Custom Rolling Papers has developed the highest standard of quality when it comes to our retail and wholesale product lines over the past 20+ years.
We focus on the quality of each booklet that goes into production in our printing factory in Slovenia. Each order is checked for quality control for a full customer satisfaction experience.
We offer several design options for our customers to show off their creative rolling style, from fully customizable while label designs to pre-made themed templates that take all the pressure off having to design rolling papers that are unique to you.

The tips that are in each booklet type are unique in size depending on which paper is in that booklet. If you have questions about paper tip size, please send an email to email@example.com for more info on these specifications.

We offer two paper options made from organic hemp & wood pulp (rice paper). All of the colors for rice paper that we offer are: white, unbleached, pink, blue, and green.
For our Snail Collections booklets, each collection varies on which rolling paper type they contain & you'll have to check out each product page to see which paper type they have.
When you are placing a custom order, you have the option to choose which rolling papers you'd like to add to your booklet selection.
For the rice paper, we have many color options, which differ based on the booklet selected. Some custom products offer more color variety options than others For example, more colors are available in our King Size Slim custom product offerings.
We do not offer any flavoring options in our rolling paper customization process.
However, that doesn't mean you can add a little extra something to your papers... we offer a number of color options for our King Size Slim products, including pink, blue, and green rolling paper colors!
Not all of our customizable products have filter tips. For the products that do contain filter tips, we offer paper & carbon filter tip options based on whatever your preference is.
If you choose a booklet style that has paper filter tips, we offer a number of color filter tip options for most of our customizable and Snail Collections rolling papers.
We're the only customizable rolling paper company that offers rainbow filter tips!
We source our paper from a centuries-old factory in France and print our booklets for retail orders in our manufacturing facility in Slovenia.
Each rolling paper is supplied with natural Arabic gum from acacia trees to ensure a secure roll.
We care about quality above all else in our product manufacturing process and have over 20+ years of fine-tuning our customization services for artists and business owners alike to rep their own high-quality rolling papers.
Our web tool allows your to upload RGB and CMYK colors formats, but be warned that RGB color values can drastically change in the printing process.
If you're not too familiar with how colors work on digital screens vs. printed media, the basics to know are that color values can change depending on where the color is presented.
For example, bright neon colors look very different in RGB vs CMYK formats. For RGB, you'll usually see bright, acidic colors whereas for CMYK, colors will look more dull. That's because printer ink cannot physically recreate the brightness that RBG brings... and that's just one example!
RGB and CMYK printing process explained:
+ Scanners, digital cameras and computer monitors use red, green and blue (RGB) light to display colour.
+ Commercial printing presses print with cyan, magenta, yellow and black (CMYK) ink, called process printing, instead of RGB light, and therefore produce a different range of colour.
+ To print on a four-colour press, all RGB files must be converted into CMYK colour.
+ Certain RGB colours that you can see on your monitor (in particular, bright blue, green and red) cannot be replicated with standard CMYK inks. These unachievable RGB colours are said to be “out of the CMYK colour gamut.” When selecting colours for your print project, use CMYK colour builds to avoid potential RGB conversion issues.
+ You can always upload CMYK ready files as PDF. Our team will print directly from your PDF ready file.
+ Please disregard the change in colour when you upload the PDF CMYK file. Be assured our design team will print from your original file, so all colours will be the same as you set them in original PDF CMYK file.
Orders up to 100.000 units are printed in CMYK colours.
For big orders (100.000 units or more) we can print PANTONE colours which gives a wider range of colours.

Free Design Corrections are available for every customer.
Extra Design Corrections are available to customer who has paid the Full Design Check with their order or to those who will pay the additional payment of 5 €.
You can order one box or 1,000 boxes - we won't stop you!
But we will suggest that for people interested in placing a larger order, it would be significantly cheaper to register for a wholesale account to get our exclusive discounted pricing for high-volume orders.

Once we receive your artwork from your online order, our design team spot checks every design for each order placed. This process takes a few days, then once the designs are confirmed to be good-quality, they are sent into production, which takes typically a week for orders to be printed and assembled.
Assembled orders are quickly shipped to our customers. All-in-all, this entire process takes about 2 weeks to produce the order.
Depending on the shipping carrier you select at checkout, shipping can take a few days to a week.
